Calendar sync, and calls that repair themselves

Media now runs through a Cloudflare Realtime SFU instead of peer-to-peer connections, and the call stack reconciles toward a working call instead of giving up on the first failure.

Google Calendar sync: busy windows are read before slots are offered, and confirmed bookings are mirrored back
All media routed through Cloudflare Realtime SFU; one connection per participant instead of one per peer
Level-triggered call recovery: a stalled track is repaired rather than left frozen
Time-to-first-media measured against a published p95 target of 3 seconds
Guests can cancel from their confirmation email without an account
